If there is something wrong with your console and you would like to send it to Repair 360 to take a look at it, we will give you a call back to advise whether it can be fixed and how much it will cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will either send it back to you with no further commitment or you can request a salvage offer or refurbished console. If we feel that your console has been opened and any upgrades or repairs performed prior to us receiving it, we will add a handling charge of £10 if you decide not to go ahead with the service, or if we can not perform it. If you wish to proceed with the repair, you can either pay up front or once the repair has been completed. And remember, no fix, no fee! All repairs and parts are guaranteed for 3 months with an extension available. All you need to do is add to your shopping and either send the console to us or ask us to send a courier.
